Prakash’s professional journey spans more than three decades across hospitality, corporate leadership roles, and leadership development consulting.
His early career in the hospitality industry shaped his understanding of operational excellence, customer experience, and people leadership. Over time, he transitioned into leadership development roles, working closely with organizations to design and implement initiatives that strengthen leadership capability and team performance.
These experiences provided him with deep insight into the leadership challenges faced by managers and senior leaders across industries.
Today, through Prakash Nairr Consulting, he partners with organizations to design leadership development journeys and coaching engagements that help leaders translate insight into meaningful behavioural change.
