Prakash Nairr

Prakash partners with organizations to build sustainable high-performance leadership cultures by strengthening leadership capability, accountability, and execution discipline.


Over the years, he has designed and delivered structured leadership development journeys and executive coaching engagements for organizations across industries including BFSI, IT & Technology, Retail, Manufacturing, Hospitality, and Global Capability Centers.


As a certified executive coach, Prakash has worked with Managing Directors, Business Heads, and CXOs to strengthen executive presence, navigate complex stakeholder environments, and drive stronger ownership within teams.


His approach combines:

Before establishing Prakash Nairr Consulting, he held leadership roles such as Head of Learning & Development and Head of Operations, where he led enterprise-wide leadership interventions and top-talent programs.


Today, his work focuses on strengthening leadership capability in middle-level managers and senior leaders, helping them build ownership, clarity, influence, and execution discipline within their teams.
