These Terms govern the use of the services provided by Prakash Nairr Consulting.

Services

We provide executive coaching, leadership coaching, leadership development programs, consulting, keynote speaking and corporate training.

Payments

Payments must be made in accordance with the proposal, invoice or registration details provided.

Scheduling

Coaching sessions and workshops will be scheduled by mutual agreement.

Intellectual Property

All presentations, frameworks, coaching tools, assessments, worksheets and training materials remain the intellectual property of Prakash Nairr Leadership unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Confidentiality

Information shared during coaching engagements will be treated confidentially except where disclosure is required by law or agreed by the participant.

Limitation of Liability

Our services are intended to support professional and leadership development. Decisions arising from coaching or consulting remain the responsibility of the client.

Our liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
