As our services are digital or service-based, no physical products are shipped.

Coaching Services

Coaching sessions are delivered online or in person as agreed with the client.

Session schedules are confirmed through email or other mutually agreed communication channels.

Workshops and Training

Virtual workshop joining details are shared via email before the scheduled program.

For in-person workshops, venue details and joining instructions are communicated prior to the event.

Consulting Assignments

Consulting deliverables are provided according to the scope, milestones and timelines agreed with the client.

Delivery Timeline

Most digital communications, confirmations and joining instructions are shared within one to three business days of receiving payment unless otherwise stated.

Any delays caused by unforeseen circumstances will be communicated promptly.
