Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing our leadership coaching, training and consulting services.

We are committed to delivering high-quality learning experiences and professional services. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a payment.

Executive Coaching and Consulting

Payments made towards executive coaching, leadership coaching and consulting engagements are generally non-refundable once the engagement has commenced or preparation work has begun.

If a coaching engagement is cancelled by us before it begins, the participant may choose either:

• A full refund, or
• Rescheduling to a mutually convenient date.

Workshops and Training Programs

Workshop registrations cancelled at least seven (7) days before the scheduled program are eligible for a full refund, less any applicable payment gateway charges.

Cancellations made within seven (7) days of the program are generally non-refundable. However, participants may request to transfer their registration to a future program or nominate another participant, subject to availability.

Cancellation by Us

If a workshop or coaching session is cancelled by us due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will be offered either:

• A full refund, or
• An alternative date.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on the policies of the payment gateway and the customer's bank.
