Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Prakash Nairr Consulting.

Our coaching, consulting and leadership development services involve advance planning, preparation and scheduling. Accordingly, the following policy applies.

Executive Coaching

Fees paid for executive coaching engagements are generally non-refundable once the engagement has commenced or preparation work has begun.

Coaching sessions may be rescheduled with a minimum of 24 hours' prior notice. Sessions missed without prior notice may be treated as completed.

Workshops and Leadership Programs

Registrations cancelled at least seven (7) calendar days before the scheduled program are eligible for a refund after deduction of applicable payment gateway charges.

Registrations cancelled within seven (7) days of the program are generally non-refundable. At our discretion, participants may transfer their registration to another participant or a future program.

Corporate Training & Consulting

Cancellation and refund terms for corporate engagements are governed by the signed proposal, quotation or agreement between Prakash Nairr Consulting and the client organisation.

Cancellation by Us

If we are required to cancel or postpone a program due to unforeseen circumstances, participants may choose either:

• A full refund, or
• Transfer to another available program or mutually agreed date.
